My motherboard is brand new and none of the ports are damaged or dirty. Plugging the mouse into various USB ports.Even a brand new, fresh-out-of-the-box G502 is not appearing in G Hub unless I clean reinstall everytime. I ended up purchasing a new G502 Hero today, only to plug it into my motherboard and find out that the issue is persisting. Since then, I've just been using the mouse without G Hub - ergo, I'm not able to take advantage of the programmable buttons or customize my DPI, which is a lackluster experience. If I close G Hub or restart my PC, then re-open G Hub, the G502 no longer shows up in G Hub and I have to clean reinstall G Hub.Īfter trying to troubleshoot the issue and failing, I ruled out almost every possible software issue, and concluded it was probably a hardware issue/something defective with the mouse itself. Then, and only then, does G Hub register the G502 as a connected device. Ever since I bought it, my G502 has not been able to connect to G Hub (it doesn't even show up as a device), except when I clean uninstall and renistall G Hub. TLDR: G502 not recognized G Hub G502 only recognized temporarily after a clean reinstall of G Hub.
